This Web site is offered to you, the user ("User"), conditioned on acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, without modification. User access and use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The King County Road Services Division’s Map and Record Center reserves the right to terminate your access to this Web site in its sole discretion, including without limitation, for excessive querying of the database or for failure to otherwise abide by this policy. The King County Road Services Division’s Map and Record Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

This is a King County Web site, provided as a public service. Government personnel and the general public may use this Web site to review and retrieve publicly available government information. You (User) agree to use this Web site as permitted by applicable local, state, and federal laws. Anyone using this system expressly consents to administrative monitoring at all times. You (User) are further advised that system administrators may provide evidence of possible criminal activity identified during such monitoring to appropriate law enforcement officials.

The images that are contained on this Web site have not been certified as being true and correct copies of the instruments filed and recorded with the King County Road Services Division’s Map and Records Center. Information found on this Web site is public and provided for the convenience of customers who wish to access records via the Internet in lieu of searching using traditional means. It is designed and intended for individual document viewing and has not been compiled or linked for commercial purposes.

By submitting a request, you (User) agree to abide by the following terms of use: You agree that you may use this information only for lawful purposes and that under no circumstances will you use this information to enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to the King County Road Service’s Division’s Map and Record Center or its Web site. You agree not to use high-volume, automated, electronic processes to access or query the database contained on the Web site of the King County Road Services Division’s Map and Records Center. You agree not to engage in Data Mining (mass downloading) of images and index information. Data Mining (mass downloading) negatively impacts not only the ability of all users to have timely access, but also King County's ability to manage daily workflow. Any users detected mining information via this Web site will be denied access immediately.

Unauthorized attempts to defeat or circumvent security features, to use the system for other than intended purposes, to deny service to authorized users, to access, obtain, alter, damage, or destroy information, or otherwise to interfere with the system or its operation are prohibited. Evidence of such acts may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities and result in criminal prosecution. This Web site is not a 24/7 application. Downtimes are possible due to server/application maintenance or other technical issues.
