It has been my honor to serve as one of your Commissioners the last 18 years.  The Burien I grew up in is not the same city we have today.  A water district's first priority is fire flow.  The large scale construction in Burien over the last several years, such as Burien Town Square, the Maverick and Merrill Gardens buildings and now the new Kenect project required the water district to add storage to meet those fire flow demands.  With your vote, I'll continue using my 41 years of in-the-field utility experience to meet the challenges of providing safe and reliable water to all of our rate payers.
