I am honored by your consideration for this important position in our community. While I do not possess direct experience with firefighting, my background in business and project management and my ability to quickly adapt make me a capable candidate for this position. 

Having been raised in a rural Utah town, and now as a land and homeowner in our community, I understand the unique challenges and needs of rural life. I also understand the importance of being a responsible steward of our tax dollars. As Fire Commissioner, I will work tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents by supporting our brave and selfless firefighters and first responders and advocating for effective emergency response systems.
