Statement:

Covington Water has earned a poor reputation for excessive rates, development fees and poor customer service.  The last year has brought positive change with new voices coming to the board.  It's my goal to add to this momentum by looking at the issues through the lens of rate payer and business owner in an effort to provide the highest quality product with the lowest rates possible.  Most people would agree that the quality of service in the form of providing clean, potable water by this district has met expectations.  At the same time, one must question the necessity to levy a financial burden upon the rate payers that is much beyond that of neighboring water districts.  There are a lot of questions to be answered and it is my intention to provide the rate payers of this district with answers.
