Having chosen to raise my family in North Bend, I greatly appreciate the outdoor recreation opportunities in the valley.  As the valley grows, I want to ensure continued access to current programs and parks along with expanding offerings to support the growing population. 

Because of my desire to support recreation in our community, I applied and was chosen for the Si View Metropolitan Parks Commission.  During my time on the commission, my appreciation has deepened for the work of the staff and public to keep the community feel of North Bend.  Si View Metro Parks has responded to community needs in expanding recreation opportunities for all ages by best utilizing local indoor and outdoor spaces, developing new trails and acquiring new parks.  As commissioner, my goal is to retain the community feel of North Bend while ensuring all have access to the recreation opportunities I am so fortunate to enjoy.

I grew up in the Snoqualmie Valley. I attend school at Bellevue College, and have been active in the operations of Meadowbrook Farm Park Preserve for several years.  I will work on your behalf to guide the Si View Metropolitan Park District in thoughtful operation and development.
