"Kids First"

I have served nearly 30 years on the Skykomish School Board, with many of those years as board chair. I have been involved in the inner workings of our school district and have developed a rapport with our community and our staff.

Recently, our school board has experienced a continuous turnover of board members, in addition to an unprecedented pandemic. I feel my experience and knowledge of the district is vital to moving our district forward in a way that will best benefit our students and staff, while also providing accountability to our small community. I have resided in the district for 48 years and raised my family in Skykomish. I love our historic school and have volunteered in numerous extra curricular programs at the school during those 48 years. It would be my honor to continue to serve you for another 4 year term.
