I’ve been enjoying supporting our students and community by serving on the board, and by representing and advocating for Skykomish School District students and families in Olympia. As father, I am interested in the learning opportunities afforded to Skykomish School students by their teachers, the ingenuity, personal, and the creative environment that the school community provides our students, and the strong sense of spirit it creates.

I look forward to continuing to provide active governance to contribute to the District’s mission of working with students, parents, and the community to help our students grow and succeed. In that effort, my focus is to help provide the right long term and strategic guidance to ensure the District continues to have a stable financial foundation for access to the resources its faculty and students require, and to sustain a quality education that meets each student’s educational needs for personal and professional growth.
