As a resident of the District since l994, I know how important it is to both protect the quality of drinking water and effectively manage our wastewater. This needs to be done in a way that provides the highest value to every customer in the District. With over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater field, I bring unique experiences and knowledge to Woodinville Water, having served as the Director of EPA Region X, the State Departments of Ecology and Community Development, and Director of Seattle Public Utilities. This experience assures the District makes wise decisions, not only for customers today, but also for the future.

As a Commissioner I will continue my life-long commitment to public service - always striving to listen and understand the issues and needs of the District customers and to make sure that the District makes wise decisions for its ratepayers and customers.
