Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, University of Washington
Occupation: pharmacist (retired); bed and breakfast owner/innkeeper
Statement:

It is an honor to be your Deputy Mayor. I take pride in being well prepared, an active listener, and a doer. Since coming on council, the Civic Center plan has been finalized and is under construction, Wine Village is undergoing review for development, and associated transportation solutions are being implemented. Our city council works well together to address the needs of our community.

I have over 35 years of volunteer experience: PTA president, Golden Acorn recipient, church council and Washington State Pharmacy Commission Chair; currently I am Co-chair for the UW fundraising campaign and serve on the Evergreen Hospital community advisory board. We have lived in this community for 45 years, our daughter attended Northshore schools, and we’ve been Woodinville business owners since 2015.

Since retiring I have even more time to devote to City Council. Please vote for me so I can continue to help move Woodinville forward.

Statement:

As an educator and father of four, I care deeply about our community and believe that together we can build a brighter future.

I am running for City Council because now is the time for clear vision and bold action; because city government should be accessible, responsive, and effective. I am running to bring a sensible plan for growth and development that respects Woodinville's history, preserves its character, and protects our environment. As an experienced leader with a record of collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning, my experience and skillset will serve Woodinville well.

We are at a crossroads that will define our community for decades. As we grow, we can either embrace the status quo, or challenge it. We can accept things as they are and remain passive, or we can act and make a difference. Together we can do better, and I would be honored to earn your vote.
