As a Vashon native who is passionate about our community and the natural environment, I would like to help ensure the conservation, enjoyment, and accessibility of our parks for all who wish to use them. I have a specific interest in how the Park District can best engage with our community for improvement, awareness, and action. I feel strongly that Vashon’s parks and public spaces are some of our most important legacies and an asset that benefits many—an asset that we must steward with care and creativity.
