As a current SVMPD commissioner and avid park user, I seek another term to continue good, responsible work to ensure enduring recreational opportunities in Upper Snoqualmie Valley.

My efforts, motivation and record of accomplishment are genuine and proven, as I was instrumental in helping form the District in 2003 and define its mission. With successive commission terms, I have helped grow the park district to serve over 40,000 area residents and cooperatively manage over 900 acres of parkland. I am especially proud of the positive, innovative, synergistic approach in collaborating with the city, county, tribe, and other agencies, to bring increased value in recreation. Maintaining a high quality of Valley living necessitates conscientious efforts and spending across multiple entities to maintain a balance of parks, programs, open space, trails, safe access and connectivity to these recreational areas, as our diverse community expands.
