I have been a longtime Commissioner in the Valley View Sewer District and have acquired much experience and knowledge related to the District  and the municipal sewerage disposal industry. I am a Past President of the Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts which represents sewer and water districts across the  state for educational opportunities and legislative access. This is one avenue for staying current on issues such as water quality, cyber security ,sewer service equipment, utility tax/franchise fees which are currently being imposed by some  surrounding cities upon our ratepayers.

As a forty year business owner in the District,  I understand what it means to keep a sharp eye on expenses and their relationship to our rates. Valley View Sewer District has always had low and reasonable rates due to the efficient operation of the District .It is my goal  maintain efficient operations for the benefit of our ratepayers.
