Education: BA Finance, University of Washington; Masters of Business Administration Seattle University
Occupation: Corporate Financial/Operational Consultant, Member Multiple Boards of Directors
Statement:

King County continues to overreach its jurisdiction. You deserve a proven negotiator to challenge the county, to improve both the Seattle Public Utility Water Supply Contract and the King County Sewer Contract. I bring these skills sharpened by a thirty-year career as a CEO, CFO and COO in the private sector. My experience in operations and finance will enhance the Board’s fiduciary stewardship of your money. Water is a fundamental service, which needs to be protected and provisioned cost effectively. Living and working in India, Vietnam and a dozen other countries, I know the need for clean, safe, reliable water and a well-run public utility.

My passion for water began as a 1984 Husky national championship team rower and continues today.

As a resident of Woodinville, my family and I cherish our community. To that community I contribute as a coach, mentor and volunteer. Vote for Ty Graham. Thank you.

Education: Shoreline CC HSD
Occupation: General Construction Contractor, current Woodinville Water District Commissioner.
Statement:

You elected me to the Woodinville Water District in 2013 based on my extensive and directly related local experience, my promise to bring fiscal responsibility and transparency  to the District, my opposition to forced sewer connections, and my commitment to be your voice. I followed through on that promise. I faithfully served as an advocate for the ratepayer for nearly six years.

As a general contractor for more than 33 years I've managed many construction projects, including water and side sewer installations. My experience as a Kirkland firefighter provided valuable insight on the importance of being prepared for emergencies and the vital role that safe and reliable water plays in our lives. I know the issues, I do my homework, and I work for you.

I thoroughly enjoyed being your Commissioner, and your  vote will allow me to continue to represent you. Thank you, Dale Knapinski
