My passion for water began as a 1984 Husky national championship team rower and continues today.

You elected me to the Woodinville Water District in 2013 based on my extensive and directly related local experience, my promise to bring fiscal responsibility and transparency  to the District, my opposition to forced sewer connections, and my commitment to be your voice. I followed through on that promise. I faithfully served as an advocate for the ratepayer for nearly six years. 

As a general contractor for more than 33 years I've managed many construction projects, including water and side sewer installations. My experience as a Kirkland firefighter provided valuable insight on the importance of being prepared for emergencies and the vital role that safe and reliable water plays in our lives.
