Patrick currently serves as one of three commissioners for the Hilltop Community Water District. Hilltop’s water district is unique in that it is one of the smallest and is managed by the residents of this small community. The commissioners not only act as the administrative body for the water district, but we collectively manage all operational aspects of the system (from painting utility locates to authorizing system upgrades). Patrick will continue to support this unique water district with the required wide-ranging responsibilities to continue a reliable and healthy supply of water for it’s residents.
