Thank you for your trust by allowing me to serve in the last election, Since then there have been some very positive changes at Covington Water District.

CWD is Under New Management :)    We now concentrate on the rate payer.

Rates have been held steady for three years, Connection fees have been lowered, three meter policy dropped, Leak Policy revised, (no more $25k Bills), and Substantial Debt Reduction in last four years.  New General Manager, New Engineering Staff, New Operations Manager - ALL Employees have contributed towards a very positive change.  I will continue to work for Debt Reduction, Better Customer Relations, Lower Rates and to keep connection fees Affordable!
