I remain committed to ensuring that every child in our community gets a high quality education and that our district works openly with staff and community to make this happen. Over my time on the Board, I have increased transparency of the district’s work to our community, helped improve relationships with stakeholders, and supported increased investments in science and engineering for all grades, social emotional skills for all students, and special needs and gifted student programming.  I have co-led two collaborative, community-based superintendent searches, putting high quality leaders in place who have focused on students and developing, supporting, and collaborating with strong teachers and staff. I continue to advance transparent and equitable planning and reporting to align investments in student learning with district priorities, and will hold our district accountable for achieving results for ALL students. I have invested in improving board processes and policies to be more effective, clear, equitable, and focused on high quality programs with strong results.  I have and will continue to bring forth voices from the breadth of our community and to seek and find solutions that serve all students. As a parent, experienced educator and business leader, I am committed and equipped to deliver.
