I have been a resident of Skykomish since 2005 and have served on the Town Council for the last year. I would like to see the town of Skykomish reach out for options to address better broadband/internet access for the town and surrounding areas. To provide this my suggestion is   sell some of the town properties provide funding to address future needs for the town. I believe the town shouldn't be in the landlord business.

I'm concerned about the lack of jobs in Skykomish. We have empty commercial buildings in town that should be used for economic growth.

I am also a proponent of a proposed Hwy 2 roundabout which should make our town safer and bring more visitors across the bridge to enjoy our sports, leisure, and healthy lifestyle. We need to look to the future by planning for the future today.
