Statement:

It has been a privilege serving as your councilmember for the past two years, working to maintain our exceptional community where families thrive. My family moved here in 2009 for the stunning mountain scenery, beautiful rural valley, and wonderful community. I want to preserve the special recipe we have and ensure it continues to succeed.

I will continue my efforts to enhance our quality of life by improving traffic, particularly the I-90/SR-18 Interchange, expanding family recreational facilities and activities including an expanded community center and pool, and improving our parks and open spaces. And I will continue seeking ways to increase resident input to the council, such as town hall forums. I support increasing housing options affordable to our teachers, first responders, and seniors and expanding services and support for those struggling right here in Snoqualmie, but doing this while ensuring a financially sustainable future with reasonable taxes and rates.

Statement:

Traffic congestion is fixable, I-90/18 is a good start but won't be done till 2023, With a new ice rink on the same street as the police and Safeway, we have more headaches coming. We need Concurrency Rules to put a hold on development until inadequate infrastructure is fixed.

I support a pool in the upper Valley voted on by the taxpayers.

Housing needs to be affordable to those working in Snoqualmie and seniors on fixed incomes. Income restricted, workforce and alternate housing styles on existing lots needs to be discussed Water, is scarce, the city can’t guarantee water to existing residents and businesses if we keep adding growth without addressing the water quantity issue. The city is now required to get more water to allow more connections, yet my opponent still encourages new building. Your voice really does matter, Please vote Fuzzy Fletcher for Snoqualmie Council #4
