I’m thankful to have spent my career serving Shoreline. The son of Chinese immigrants, working in my family's restaurant, I was given the opportunity to graduate from Shorecrest, start a legal career, raise my young family in Echo Lake, and lead Vision House, a Shoreline housing agency. I'll work to ensure those opportunities exist for every person in Shoreline, understanding, firsthand, the challenges facing today’s working families. 

With new, pragmatic solutions to issues that continue to go unsolved, I'll bring my experience and your voice to City Hall, addressing homelessness, equity, and housing affordability; improving access to early education, parks, lighting, sidewalks, parking, and community gathering spaces - building a resilient local economy, and ensuring safe and accessible neighborhoods. I hope to earn your vote!

I’m honored to serve Shoreline as a three-term councilwoman and Deputy Mayor. Previously, I served for twelve years on Shoreline PTAs earning two Golden Acorns. My work on the Council led to important leadership roles in the National League of Cities and Sound Cities Association. I am the former President of the Asian Pacific American Municipal Officials and a respected NLC Board member.
