An experienced, balanced leader Amy has listened to our community and led the City through change, implemented policies to reduce financial risk, garnered funding from the state to fund our community stage, and renovate our police and public works buildings.

She has proven her commitment to making our community better with new sidewalks and upgrades to our parks, expanded her regional, state and national leadership roles to bring Duvall’s views to all policy makers; and acted swiftly during COVID-19 with emergency grant funding to help our businesses and human services agencies and is developing programs for economic recovery.

Amy is well respected by her peers, taking the responsibility of CAO seriously through improving organizational culture, hiring top talent and developing a true team atmosphere at City Hall.
