Our community needs a leader who will fight for our best interests, protect future generations, and propose forward-thinking policies that reflect the concerns of our residents.
With experience in private and non-profit sectors and small business ownership, I bring a wide range of problem-solving skills to Council. As a lifelong volunteer, I’m a known advocate for community equity, smart growth, and responsible spending.
I’m committed to ensuring small businesses thrive as our city grows, protecting our environment, upgrading infrastructure, addressing affordable housing, and maintaining Redmond’s identity and quality of life. I’m dedicated to making sure you are heard and respected at City Hall, and your concerns are addressed. Together, we make Redmond an incredible place to live, work, and play. I would be honored to serve as your Councilwoman. Thank you for your vote. Endorsements: King County Democrats, NWPC, Senator Mona Das, Senator Joe Nguyen, Mayor Rosemarie Ives, and more.

It has been an honor to serve the community I love for the past twelve years on the Redmond City Council. As a collaborative leader working with my fellow council members, Redmond has delivered an increased level and variety of services to our residents within budget. This includes the addition of a full-time homeless coordinator which has significantly reduced the number unsheltered. We also relocated our community center, developed park space and delivered complete street grids.
Over the next four years my goals will include enacting rules to aid in the addition of both affordable and workforce housing in our community. Having constructed my own accessory dwelling unit, I’m also working to improve the permitting process in Redmond and the region. Adding this type of housing will enable many neighbors to age in place while also combating the impacts of climate change.
I respectfully ask for your vote.
