On Council, I successfully worked to expand state funding for 84th Ave improvements to $1million to ensure safety for bikers, pedestrians, drivers and disabled. I fostered fun community park spaces and donated a footbridge.I love Medina. A successful professional and community leader known for accomplishing results and maintaining cooperative relationships, I moved to Medina in 1987. Our two sons attended Medina Elementary, Chinook Middle and Bellevue High. They are both Boy Scout Eagles.

I have served as Chief Information Officer and senior advisor to the president for World Vision International; as CIO and consultant for medium to large businesses, including Weyerhaeuser; as IT specialist for Bellevue Presbyterian Church; and the US Coast Guard. I’m a calm, rational, "glass half-full" individual; I value collaboration, transparency and personable relationships.

Medina has contributed significantly to the growth and success of my family. I recognize my obligation to give back to our community.
