Thank you for your support during my first term as Mayor.

With your help and participation, we’ve had a productive four years.

Our budget is balanced. We’ve purchased more than seven acres of park property. Our city departments are doing well. And we’ve brought back many community activities. The next four years will arguably be more important. What to do with The Town Center and associated housing is a high priority, along with Sound Transit parking. These decisions will affect our way of life for years to come. We’re also going to continue to replace fish barrier culverts, establish more community events, and, of course, I hope to meet all of you over the next four years of “Coffee with the Mayor.” It’s been a good four years because you’ve participated in the decision making. As long as I am your Mayor, your feedback will always guide our future.
