Statement:

I am honored to be your Snoqualmie Councilmember. I bring experience, effective leadership and a thoughtful balanced approach to the Council as Snoqualmie faces both opportunities and challenges.

As a 13-year Snoqualmie resident, mother of twins, and passionate community volunteer, I have devoted myself to supporting the needs of families and children in our Valley. I wish to strengthen Snoqualmie’s partnership with human service organizations to build a healthier, stronger and more resilient community. I support responsible economic development that preserves the heritage, culture, and quality of life we all enjoy. I will work to expedite fixes on I90/SR18 to improve our safety and be an advocate for additional transit options.

Statement:

I look forward to guiding Snoqualmie into our next chapter.  Growth happens and it is important for the City to diversify its revenue. Yet, growth needs to enhance Snoqualmie’s majestic beauty and be measured with the input and support of residents!

I envision small-footprint, mixed-use developments that combine commercial and retail growth supported by more affordable and senior housing options.  I envision a vibrant, connected community with more venues for our retirees and teens.

With your vote, I will remain true to six guiding principles: Foster development that preserves the beauty of Snoqualmie while propelling it into a year-round tourist destination; Cut wasteful spending; Respect residents and actively seek your input as my core obligation; Call to empower residents with the right of Initiative and Referendum and term limits; Ensure public meetings are recorded and posted; and Follow City code.

My campaign in self funded.  Thank you for your vote!
