It has been an honor serving as your Commissioner for the past 16 years.  I will continue to focus on a clean, reliable, and affordable source of water supply and utility services for District customers. As a graduate degreed Civil Engineer with over thirty years of municipal utility experience, and previously the Utilities Director for the City of Bellevue, I believe I have the experience and leadership skills to guide the District. Issues on which I will focus my energies include protecting our ground water aquifers, assuring exceptional drinking water quality, implementing sound business and financial management practices, assuring that our water and sewer systems are well maintained into the future, and working closely with the Cities of Sammamish and Issaquah to assure coordinated services. As a forty year resident of Sammamish and Issaquah I look forward to continuing my service to our community.
