Statement:

I am a lifelong resident of Woodinville having grown up in the area and now living with my family on Lake Leota. I am dedicated to giving back to my community through volunteering and community service.

 

I believe I will provide a fresh perspective to the Woodinville Water District utilizing my experience as a long time resident and property owner in Woodinville. I am dedicated to preserving and protecting Woodinville’s environment and resources.

 

With my background in real estate, I am experienced with the process of utility services of single family residential properties.

 

I believe in implementing open communication and full transparency within the district to ensure we are administering rate payers with full accountability.

 

My priorities will be providing the district with clean, reliable water and dependable sewer service, ensuring that every customer receives the highest quality service at the best rates.

Statement:

As your Commissioner, I will promote actions to reduce the cost of water and sewer services, support environmental responsibility, and provide the cleanest water possible by removal of asbestos materials from the water system, removing the chemical additive fluoride, and improving water treatment methods.

 

Over the past 37 years, I have resided in the Woodinville community. As a consulting civil engineer, I have designed water systems and sewage disposal systems. I understand the needs and expectations you have for water and sewer service for your family, and I understand the environmental challenges, governmental processes and public safety requirements necessary for sewage disposal and safe clean water.

 

My pledge to you is to act with integrity in an independent, fair and objective manner while making the Water District more efficient, and I will support removal of unnecessary chemical additives and hazardous byproducts from arriving at your home in our water supply.
