Water is essential to life. Management of this valuable resource requires dedicated and experienced people who can provide the kind of outstanding services and delivery at a reasonable cost you can count on. This means seamless representation, and uninterrupted, transparent, reliable and quality operations with integrity and appreciation for both customer and product.
I have been committed to enhancing the excellent services, management, and financial stability of our special purpose district for the past 12 years as a member of the board of commissioners. We have been validated and commended for over thirteen years of clean Washington State audits, a AAA bond rating, open board meetings, and accurate meeting minutes. The industry recognizes Woodinville Water District as one of the most progressive districts in Washington.
I look forward to continuing to provide leadership which guards and advances the resource the board is charged to provide and protect for you.

Although we have safe and stable water sources, we can do better. I am committed to superior water quality, reliable distribution systems, fiscal accountability and complete transparency. You are entitled to know how your water district conducts business. Unlike my opponent, I will move to video record and post all board meetings to the district website. And, unlike my opponent, I will vote to eliminate wasteful and unnecessary benefit "opt-out" payments to commissioners.
Customers on septic systems deserve proper representation. You have the right and responsibility to maintain your system. I do not support forced sewer connections where septic functions properly.
Currently serving on the City of Woodinville Visioning Committee, I am a former Planning Commissioner and Chair of the Parks and Recreation Commission. My experience, honesty and integrity have earned me the respect of community leaders and neighbors.
I respectfully ask for your vote. Thank you.
