I am currently running for re-election as Water Commissioner, Position  #1 of King County Water District  #119. I have been President of the Board of Commissioners for over twenty years and also serve as a board member on the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts' Emergency Planning Committee and it's Technology Committee. I also represent the District at the East King County Regional Water Association as both a Member and Vice President.  In addition, I also sit on the Seattle Water Supply System Operating Board.

My goal, is to continue providing a source clean, safe drinking water on an uninterrupted basis.  I'm proud to say that the Water District is on a sound financial footing and is being maintained in good physical  and mechanical condition as well as initiating sound engineering upgrades to the system where and as needed.
