Occupation: Business Owner, President & Commissioner Sammamish Plateau Water & Sewer
Statement:

Our Safe neighborhoods, green spaces, schools and access to high tech jobs make Sammamish a National "Best" place to live.  We must maintain the Sammamish that brought us all here.  I want to by your advocate.  I will fight City Hall to improve roads, the environment and our lakes and streams.  It is mandatory that city staff follows our own ordinances, policies and direction from council.  My long service to Sammamish and the Water District, give me deep insight about our aquifers, ordinances, overlays, parks and open spaces that will enable me to challenge staff and ask questions that need to be asked.

"The #1 "special interest" in Sammamish that matters, are our citizens."

Statement:

For 25 years, I’ve watched as Sammamish’s natural beauty, our parks and many other amenities, and our access to vibrant high-tech companies, attracted people to our community. But growth now threatens what we hold dear.

I am passionate about our community and will fight to ensure that growth is sustainable, to create a more livable community and preserve our neighborhoods. I understand how to maintain a strong culture with tight financial controls and will apply my 20 years of business and fiscal management and community volunteer experience to improve how we manage growth and traffic from day one.

It’s time to bring pragmatic, resident-prioritized actionable solutions forward. I look forward to listening and working with Sammamish families and businesses as we shape our shared future together.

Elect me for focused, common sense initiatives to ensure Sammamish stays a great livable city.
