I am running for re-election to Kent Municipal Court Judge Position 2. I have served as a judicial officer for the Kent Municipal Court since 1994. It has been an honor to serve you as one of your judges.

I graduated from the University of Evansville, Indiana in 1976 with a BS in Law Enforcement. In 1981, after completing service in the U.S. Air Force, I graduated with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law. I have 33 years judicial experience as a Magistrate, Judge Pro-Tem, Court Commissioner and Judge. I am dedicated to the improvement of the judiciary in Washington. I have been honored by my peers by being elected President of the Washington State District and Municipal Court Judges Association for the year 2009 - 2010 and currently serve on the faculty of the Washington State Judicial College.
