Statement:

Four years ago I ran on three main issues – sidewalks, a more transparent city government, and increased access to the water.

Since I’ve joined the Council we have built more than 3 miles of sidewalk with another 3 miles in the pipeline, added a camera to Council chambers so that anyone can watch our meetings live, and passed our first ever city bond measure which will increase water access at our parks.

I've delivered on my campaign promises, and promise to continue working on expanding our bike/ped network, ensuring that the City is listening to you, and that the Walkways and Waterways projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Serving the people of Kenmore has been one of my greatest honors. I humbly ask for your support and vote again this year.

Endorsed by: Dow Constantine, 46th District Democrats, Washington Conservation Voters, Sierra Club, Washington Bikes.

Statement:

I’ve lived in Kenmore-Finn Hill over 50 years. I’ll bring needed accountability to Council and Staff while focusing on spending.

A third lane on the Sammamish Bridge (currently ignored) will boost economic development and eliminate backups on 68th and Simonds Road.

$5 Million for a field at Saint Ed’s is profoundly wasteful! Instead, improve our school fields and locate new fields at the proposed Lake Pointe Park.

The Council has a reputation for wasting millions developing Kenmore Village. The $19 million bond measure never disclosed the $7 Million already being spent on two parks. I’ll stand for environmental best practices like never before.

I’ll bring a diverse perspective to the Council, with a publicly open approach to developing Downtown, Lake Pointe, and Saint Edwards Park with parking. Small business owners have my support.

If you share these concerns and goals, I ask for your vote and for you to vote!
