I’ve served Bellevue on the Parks Board, Network on Aging, as a school volunteer, small business owner, and now on our City Council.

Representing you, I put my experience and focus on non-partisan collaboration to work helping Bellevue reach our potential as a regional job center and thriving community with great schools, parks and quality of life.

I am proud of what we have accomplished, adapting to the growth transforming our diverse, dynamic city. Together, we’ve invested in transportation and public safety, planned for light rail service, improved our parks, and renewed our commitment to seniors and vulnerable populations.

As we grow and change, it’s more important than ever that our city government stay transparent, accountable and focused on results. I’m proud of my approach and service, and always welcome your feedback on how we can build a better Bellevue—for all of us.

Proudly Endorsed: 41st & 48th District Democrats; Bellevue Firefighters; National Women’s Political Caucus; WA Conservation Voters; Bellevue Mayor John Stokes, Councilmembers John Chelminiak, Jennifer Robertson, Ernie Simas; Congressman Adam Smith; Lt. Bellevue is at a critical point – we need a City Council representative who will demand full transparency and public involvement in decisions impacting residents and neighborhoods. As your Council member, I will seek your input on every question the Council may consider.

I’m a public-school parent who has run the girls’ lacrosse program for Bellevue Schools for 8 years. I’m an intellectual property attorney in the high-tech sector who has served as the volunteer lawyer for domestic violence victims and children in our courts.

I will preserve our quality of life and unique neighborhoods, while embracing prosperity and growth that benefits us all.

I share the frustration of many about how the Council moved forward without adequate neighborhood involvement on a proposal to locate a homeless shelter in Eastgate. I will work with residents to find an acceptable alternative site further from homes, parks, and schools.

I strongly oppose bringing heroin injection sites to Bellevue, and I oppose tolls and lane reductions on Bellevue roads.

Bellevue is a beautiful, diverse and world-class community. I’m honored to have the opportunity to humbly ask for your vote.
