As a 23-year Bellevue resident, PTA/Girl Scout mom, and community volunteer, Bellevue is home. I am passionate about working together to ensure strong communities and economic vitality. I will use my extensive public agency expertise to build partnerships, find common ground, and deliver data-driven, fiscally-responsible, and sustainable results.
As Bellevue Transportation Commission Chair, I listened to residents and businesses and recommended innovative solutions to improve safety and mobility. Having managed over $2 billion in construction projects, I am uniquely qualified to address our housing affordability crisis so seniors, families, and hardworking people can afford to stay here. As a first-generation immigrant, I will make decisions that honor Bellevue’s motto, “our diversity is our strength.” Lastly, I will challenge our council to engage, listen, and represent our unique neighborhoods, businesses large and small, and our environment.
I would be honored to serve you; with integrity, inclusion and innovation.
Endorsed: Bellevue Firefighters; WA Conservation Voters; National Women’s Political Caucus; King Co. Realtors; Democrats; Rental Housing Association of WA; Congressman Adam Smith; Lt. Governor Cyrus Habib; every legislator representing Bellevue; County Councilmember Claudia Balducci; Mayors of Bellevue, Issaquah and Redmond; Councilmembers Chelminiak, Robinson, and Simas; over 50 Bellevue community leaders; and many more!

Bellevue is a beautiful, vibrant city for parents, children, and seniors. I’m committed to be a strong voice for our great neighborhoods and residents. I’ll help keep Bellevue clean, economically strong, and work to minimize crime. We deserve a City Council that prioritizes our values above special interests and political agendas. As a business owner and former journalist, I am driven to gather the facts, learn the truth, and find fair solutions. City council members work for you, not the other way around.
To ensure Bellevue residents and businesses are able to succeed, we must maintain our high standards for the safety of our neighborhoods, schools, and our children. Safety is my primary concern regarding the proposed homeless shelter, which needs to be far away from homes, schools, and parks. I’ll fight to keep heroin injection sites out of Bellevue.
I will work tirelessly to deliver solutions to the important issues. I’ll investigate our increasing water rates to ensure you save money and create transportation solutions without eliminating existing lanes.
I'm asking for your vote as a candidate, who loves Bellevue, and wants positive change. Join me in preserving the character and prosperity of our wonderful community for future generations.
