Statement:

Enumclaw has been home to my family for more than a hundred years. My great grandmother was a business owner here and my great grandfather built the first logging roads in these foothills. I have been engrained in this community working for local businesses for the past decade listening to the voices of the public. As your city council member, I will represent these voices with clarity and sound judgment.

Enumclaw is a unique city that is treasured by its inhabitants and travelers alike. As your representative I will focus on supporting measures that value the residents of this historic city, while driving economic prosperity to the plateau. I will work closely with our local police and fire departments to ensure that those who protect us are properly equipped.

When elected, I will bring a revitalized energy to the council that will benefit our great community.

Statement:

As someone who works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, I know that operating at a low cost with minimal waste and getting things done right the first time is of the utmost priority in a successful organization.  I believe that government should be transparent, and run like a business with honesty and integrity at its core.  In addition, the government should always operate with the best interests of its stakeholders (you, the taxpayers) in mind, and those interests should influence every decision and dictate each transaction.  The ideal government is one that embodies a culture of accountability and openness, and one that brings the voice back to the people to weigh-in on real issues in our community.  As your council member, I will work to uphold all of these ideals and do everything in my power to ensure that Enumclaw remains a city of envy for years to come.
