Good health is an essential ingredient in living our most active, abundant lives.  Having quality based, compassionate care within our community is the best possible partner to achieve that health.  As a five-star Medicare/Medicaid designated hospital, Leapfrog A rating, and top 50 Hospital in the United States, I believe EvergreenHealth to be our exceptional partner.  I first came to know of this exceptional care as a patient. 

Because of the life-changing care I received at EvergreenHealth I have actively been a part of the organization as an employee, then leader since 2012.  I worked my way up to the role of Executive Director of Hospital and Specialty Medicine where I partnered with physicians, leaders, clinicians, and support staff to expand and improve the delivery of care both inpatient and outpatient.    After leaving EvergreenHealth in June of 2023 I had the honor of being appointed to the Board of Commissioners in August of 2023.  It is a privilege to serve with my fellow commissioners to represent the community we serve.  

I am rooted in a patient first mindset; understanding the value of compassionate, quality care delivered by teams we can trust.  And as a healthcare leader I understand the barriers our hospital administrators and teams face to deliver that care.  In an ever-changing industry we must always be quality, patient first healthcare with a commitment to growth and fiscal responsibility, adapting to meet the needs within our community.  Together we strive to make those strategic decisions to continue to improve the quality of the care we deliver.
