Occupation: District Clerk, Water Utility District
Statement:

I’m a Midwesterner by birth, a Washingtonian by choice, making my home and going to work every day in Kent. Like you, I am a customer of Lake Meridian Water District. Like you, I care about the quality of our drinking water and how much we pay for it.

I have worked in water districts almost as long as I have lived in Kent. My career with neighboring water districts has given me a deep understanding of Lake Meridian Water District’s history, what it takes to provide us with clean, affordable water, and the unique challenges Lake Meridian Water District faces in the future.

As your Commissioner I will use my experience in the water utility industry to provide informed, knowledgeable leadership, keep communication open between the District and the people it serves, and work hard to keep our rates affordable. I would be honored to receive your vote.
