Highline Water District maintains strong financial health and uses public funds responsibly, ensuring excellent service without unnecessary rate increases. Once again, the District received the top rating from the Washington State Auditor’s Office on our yearly Financial Statement and Accountability Audit.

District infrastructure is proactively maintained and continuously upgraded to meet the needs of a growing population.  We prioritize long-term planning and smart investment in our systems to avoid costly surprises down the road. We believe our greatest asset is our staff. The district emphasizes ongoing employee training and education to ensure high-quality operations and responsive customer service.
