Thank you for electing me to the Bellevue School District Board in 2021. As a parent, educator, and community advocate, I am dedicated to ensuring that every child receives a high quality education. During my term, I have focused on rebuilding trust by hiring a strong superintendent through a collaborative process and developing a strategic plan that amplifies student and community voices.  

I prioritize transparency, equity, and accountability, strengthening financial communication and aligning with district priorities. I have supported the launch of bilingual K-12 programs, adopt data-driven curricula, expand STEM programs, and enhance services for special needs and high-cap students, alongside mental health supports.  

My experience in general and special education, as well as equity advocacy, informs my commitment to addressing challenges such as cultural assimilation, discrimination, bullying, and mental health issues.  

I strive to improve stakeholder relationships and refine board processes to focus on effective, results-driven programs. Our district’s diversity is a powerful asset, and I believe in honoring each student’s background while supporting their growth. I will continue to elevate voices across our community and seek solutions that benefit all students, holding the district accountable for delivering results and advocating for every child—committed, equipped, and ready to lead.
