GENERAL 2025
City of Tukwila
Council Position No. 3
As a husband, father of two young children, Lineman, and your City Council President, service drives me in every role I play. It’s been an honor to serve you these past four years and I ask for the privilege to continue representing you.
Tukwila is a diverse, hard-working community that deserves practical, accountable leadership. I support responsible taxes that ease the burden on families and small businesses, while maintaining strong, efficient city services. Public safety is essential. I’ll continue to ensure our police are well-trained, and equipped to protect our neighborhoods. I also support expanding housing by reducing development barriers and promoting smart, sustainable growth. I lead with transparency, listen first, and act on what matters most. Thank you for your vote.
Endorsed: County Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda; Tukwila, SeaTac and Burien elected leaders, and unions representing working families. But most importantly, endorsed by Tukwila Residents. Learn more: ToshForTukwila.com

Serving our residents on the Tukwila City Council has been an honor. During my time on Council, I’ve worked hard to listen, collaborate, and deliver real results for our community.
Whether it’s expanding affordable housing, improving public safety, or making City Hall more responsive, I bring people together to get things done. With extensive private sector and local government experience, I know progress happens when we lead with integrity, seek common ground, and stay focused on what residents actually need. That’s the difference in this race.
I’m proudly endorsed by trusted leaders across Tukwila and our region, including Mayor Thomas McLeod, Councilmembers Verna Seal, Jovita McConnell, and De’Sean Quinn; as well as our Firefighters Local 1747, King County Democrats, and the MLK Jr County Labor Council. They know I’m principled and effective, and I’ll continue working for a better, safer Tukwila for everyone. I kindly ask for your vote.
