Judge Giner has served the City of Renton as a Municipal Court Judge since 2021.   With 20 years of balanced legal experience, she is a knowledgeable and equitable decision-maker and has been rated “Exceptionally Well Qualified” by the King County Bar Association and received high ratings from six minority bar associations.

A native of South King County, Judge Giner created Renton Municipal Court’s Youth Traffic Court and Mental Health Calendar programs.  She is an active volunteer with the YMCA Mock Trial Program, Judges in the Classroom, and the Constitution Day civics learning programs.  She also serves on a statewide committee overseeing access to services to restore mental health competency. Judge Giner has been elected by her fellow judges statewide as Vice President of the District & Municipal Court Judges Association.
