Elected as your first-ever Councilmember raised in Newcastle, I’ve delivered for our community: Leading efforts to bring back $1.28M from the state for local projects, doubling the number of town halls to make our city more transparent, and expanding public safety services to keep you safe.

I’ve created new city initiatives focused on economic development, climate change, our Asian-American community, and behavioral health. Occupation: Finance Professional at Boeing
Statement:

I’m running for Newcastle City Council to put Newcastle first. As our city grows, we must prioritize residents’ needs. Seniors shouldn’t be priced out by rising property taxes. Affordable housing must benefit current residents and not outpace infrastructure. Traffic congestion and power outages aren’t the price of progress but signs of poor planning. Balancing the budget shouldn’t mean raising taxes or sacrificing our quality of life. Attracting business is a win-win solution.

With 25 years of finance experience at Boeing—16+ years leading teams—I bring expertise, accountability, and leadership to deliver results. As your Planning Commissioner, I’ve listened to your concerns and fought for transparency, most recently during the Critical Areas Ordinance process.

I will be a voice for every resident—not special interests or any political parties. My service on the nonprofit board of Building Changes reflects my belief that united communities leave no one behind. Endorsed by Eastside Business Alliance
