Your City Council has been busy in Medina!  We updated our comprehensive plan, drafted code responding to Olympia’s Middle Housing mandates (HB1110/1337 among others), and hired a new City Manager. Regional pressures will continue to demand diligence and foresight to maintain Medina’s character, livability, and beauty.

I will continue to stand for public safety, fiscal responsibility, and for real progress to make Medina an even better place for generations to come. Updating our Tree Code and mitigating the impacts from Middle Housing are just the beginning.

Let’s make smart investments in our shared priorities. Support our police and emergency preparedness. Reduce traffic impacts to make streets safe. Prudent budgets. Underground utilities. Mitigate noise and light pollution. Advance tree preservation and minimize development impacts. Deliver transparent, efficient, and accountable governance.
