Occupation: Federal Way Mayor; former King County Senior Deputy Prosecutor
Statement:

As your Mayor, it is an honor to serve you! Every day, I work to improve our City - from adding a record number of officers to make our City safer, bringing jobs to our community and ensuring wise fiscal management.

Since I was first elected in 2013, we’ve made strategic investments, and the City has never been in better financial shape. We’ve added 17 officer positions in the past two years without raising taxes and with Light Rail on its way, we’re enhancing parks, and taking bold action to develop our downtown.

As a regional leader, I am proud to be endorsed by 13 mayors in King County; Governor Bob Ferguson; Congressman Adam Smith; KC Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer; 10 labor unions representing thousands of workers including firefighters and our local police guild. Together, we've made our City safer, stronger, and more connected. Let’s keep Federal Way moving forward!
