GENERAL 2025
City of Enumclaw
Council Position No. 7
I’m a wife and mother of three, committed to practical decision-making—not hypotheticals or assumptions. Transitioning from the corporate world to being a stay-at-home parent was an eye-opening experience. Homemaking is a full-time job without a paying employer, but it demands your entire self. While becoming a parent or caregiver is a personal choice, investing in our future is a shared responsibility.
I currently serve as a board member of the Enumclaw Schools Foundation and am actively involved in my children’s elementary school. I aim to strengthen communication and understanding between residents, schools, and the city. I value research, clarity, and respectful dialogue over conflict. Every person deserves dignity, choice, and support.
I’m not defined by political party lines. I live, work, and raise my family here. I believe meaningful progress comes through collaboration—across generations and backgrounds. I humbly ask for your vote. https://bjbh.my.canva.site/citycouncil
My priorities representing you on council are to check the rapid growth of our town, maintain fiscal responsibility, and keep Enumclaw safe.
We all see the rapid pace of change in Enumclaw. Managing that growth while minimizing the overreach of the county and state can help our town maintain its character. My construction management experience overseeing multi-million construction budgets will be an asset. Additionally, I’ll bring a strong focus on public safety and on retaining the vibrancy of Enumclaw, both essential to keeping Enumclaw the city we love.
I am the Chairman of the Park Board, where I have served for over five productive years. I recently completed five years as President of our neighborhood HOA. I actively track city council discussions and have made public comments, either for or against a particular issue. I look forward to continuing my service by bringing your voice forward to the city council.
