I am running for Mayor of the City of Enumclaw for one single reason: to serve the community. No one person can solve everything; it is only through all of us, our partnerships, relationships, and community ties, that we can rise to the occasion to meet the needs of our citizens on the plateau. As a community we have always shown strength through our local independence and overcoming shared challenges. The issues that we face have not changed, just varying levels of importance: the economy, public safety, infrastructure and community programs. We as the champions and caretakers of our community; are responsible for the decisions we make now and the impacts they have on our collective future. It is an honor and privilege to serve you these past 8 years on City Council. I will ensure that we put the citizen and community at the forefront of everything we do.
