Statement:

Sixteen years ago, my wife and I put down roots in Bothell, drawn by welcoming schools and community spirit. Your confidence then allowed me to become the first immigrant elected to our Council, and every day since, I've worked to make sure opportunity grows for every neighbor.

Together, we passed a comprehensive housing plan and dedicated land for 200 affordable homes, launched a regional response that sends mental health professionals first, and balanced a forward-looking budget that protects core services. I know progress matters to families across Bothell.

Imagine a Youth City Council shaping fresh ideas, streets and homes built for a changing climate, and public safety rooted in care, accountability, and civil rights. Endorsed by Senator Stanford, Representatives Duerr and Kloba, Mayor Thompson, and many councilmembers, I’m ready to keep leading. Does it make sense to continue this work together? I’d be honored to earn your vote.
