Education: WSU BArch; UW Certificate GIS
Occupation: Retired Woodinville business owner
Statement:

After attending regular Commissioner meetings for 18 months, the following issues are critical. How will Woodinville Water District respond to increasing requests for exceptions to sewer and water standards to accommodate commercial or residential development and still maintain the reliability of the overall system?  What are the most effective measures to elevate security at district facilities? How can we continue prioritizing retaining qualified staff?

As water commissioner, I will apply my combined 22 years of experience in project accounting, contract administration, negotiated design and construction services, and oversight of professional teams to uphold our district’s mission.  I will champion rate payers, appropriate development and work to protect and improve existing water and sewer operations.

Providing safe and reliable essential services is a 24/7 responsibility I am prepared to shoulder.  I am passionate about serving this community where I have lived since 2015.  I humbly ask for your vote.
