Russ has served your community faithfully for his entire life. Working for the North Highline Fire Department for 42 years. Serving as President or Vice President of many organizations including the White Center Chamber of Commerce, Fire Chiefs Association, Co-Founder of the King/Snohomish/Pierce County Arson Association, and the KC Fire Building Appeal Boards.

Russ has served as both President and Secretary of Water District 20. He has helped develop policy that improves your water system and capital improvement projects that included; installing over 400 new fire hydrants, replacing 25 miles of old pipe, and signing a water contract with the City of Seattle through 2063.

As a commissioner within Water District #20 Russ has continued to keep water rates in the top 5 lowest in all of King County. If reelected Russ will continue to insure safe, clean, water for all. A vote for Russ is a vote for us!
