It has been an honor and privilege to serve as your Commissioner Position #1 at Highline Water District and I ask that you Reelect me for this position. 

As a member of the Highline Water Board of Commissioners and past President, my mission is to ensure you are provided the highest water quality at the lowest possible price.  Through fiscal responsibility, I have helped guide the growth and environmental stewardship that all customers have come to know and deserve.  The District’s infrastructure is well maintained and positioned for the future.

As a district customer I have lived in the community for 19 years with my family.  I serve our district through participation on the Washington Association of Sewer and Water District’s Governmental Relations, Technology, and Emergency Preparedness Committees. I will continue to ensure your water needs are met through district planning, health/safety, and fiscal responsibility. I ask for your vote.

We cannot take our water supply for granted. The recent Des Moines e-coli water contamination was a stark reminder that our water supply is susceptible, as are those who depend on it. The harm to businesses and impact on residents demonstrated that. I want to serve as your water commissioner to help ensure our water remains clean, affordable, and abundant. I will work to help the district make good decisions that support our water system not just today but for our children’s families in the future.

Des Moines is the community in which I grew up and where I choose to raise my family. I am confident my finance skills and experience, coupled with my community focus, will help Highline Water District continue to capably serve the needs of the public. Thank you for your support.
