Thank you for your support of the Northshore Fire Department. I am happy to continue my position as Fire Commissioner. The Northshore Fire Department is now about two years into a long-term contract for service with our neighboring fire department, the Shoreline Fire Department. The net effect of this is that the two fire departments are operating as one. In conjunction with this change, we added an aid car to Station 57 in Lake Forest Park to better serve the community. We also now rely much less on private ambulance transport, and primarily transport via fire department staffed vehicles. All of these changes have improved and streamlined services. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions and concerns about your local fire and emergency medical services, and/or attend one of our board meetings. Meetings are on-line and in-person, on the first Tuesday of each month.
